Welcome to Faya Cosmetics. These Terms & Conditions apply to every visit to fayacosmetics.com and every order placed on it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We do our best to show every product accurately. Product photos are for illustration, and colours or packaging may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Scent is personal, so the same fragrance can feel different from one person to another.
Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and irritated or broken skin, and stop using the product if any irritation happens. Keep products away from heat and direct sunlight, and out of the reach of children.
2. Prices and offers
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices and offers may change at any time. Offers and bundles are valid for the period and conditions shown on the website, and while stock lasts. If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm or cancel the order.
3. Placing and confirming orders
After you place an order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if the shipping details are incomplete or incorrect, or if we cannot reach you to confirm. If this happens, we will let you know.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. The full order amount, including any shipping fees shown at checkout, is paid to the courier when you receive your order.
5. Shipping and delivery
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Estimated delivery times, counted from order confirmation:
- Cairo and Giza: 2–5 working days.
- Other governorates: 2–7 working days.
- Peak seasons and promotions: up to 10 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may change because of the shipping company, your location, or circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details.
6. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).
7. Reviews
We welcome honest reviews from our customers. Reviews must be about your own experience with the product. We may remove reviews that are duplicated, offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
8. Our content
The Faya name, logo, product photos and website content belong to Faya Cosmetics and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Privacy
We use your personal information only to process and deliver your orders and to provide our services. For details, please read our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Faya Cosmetics is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or our products, or from delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
