How do I order from Faya Cosmetics?
Add your favourite scents to your bag, then check out on the website. You can also order on WhatsApp: just send us the product name and size. If you need help while ordering, our team is on WhatsApp too, so just send us a message.
How do delivery and payment work?
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt, and you pay cash when your order arrives. Delivery takes 2–7 working days, while in Cairo and Giza it takes 2–5. Your order number is in your order confirmation.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If an item reaches you damaged or incorrect, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery. You'll find all the details in our delivery & exchange policy below.
