Vanilla is one of the most loved notes in fragrance. It feels warm, soft and comforting, and a vanilla body mist comes in more styles than you might think. So here’s how to find the one you’ll love.

Not every vanilla body mist smells the same

  • Soft and powdery: vanilla with white musk and delicate florals. Calm and clean, like Vanilla Musk.
  • Sweet and gourmand: “gourmand” means dessert-like. Vanilla with chocolate, caramel or fruit, like Vanilla White Chocolate, with strawberry, cherry and white chocolate.
  • Warm and woody: vanilla with amber and soft woods, especially cosy in the evening.

When to wear vanilla

  • On cooler days and evenings, when warm scents feel cosy.
  • For evenings out and special occasions.
  • Every day, if you choose a soft, powdery vanilla.

How to wear your vanilla body mist

Spray it on clean skin right after your shower, while your skin is still soft. Then focus on the neck, arms and shoulders. For an extra cosy feel, smooth on a body lotion first. Before a night out, add another spray of your favourite vanilla.

How to layer a vanilla body mist

  • Vanilla + musk: clean and soft.
  • Vanilla + fruity: sweet and playful. Try it with a cherry or lychee scent.
  • Vanilla + florals: romantic and graceful.

Is vanilla only for winter?

Not at all. A soft vanilla blended with musk or fruit feels fresh and easy on warm days too. In the heat, many people reach for these fresher blends, then save the dessert-like vanillas for cooler evenings.

Which vanilla body mist is right for you?

  • If you like soft, clean scents, start with a powdery vanilla musk.
  • If you love desserts, go for a gourmand vanilla.
