Your hair moves with you wherever you go, so a scent there is a lovely finishing touch. Here’s how to use hair mist step by step, and what makes it different from a body mist.
What is a hair mist?
It’s a scented spray made especially for your hair. It gives your hair a soft scent, and many of them also include caring ingredients. The Faya formula, for example, is alcohol-free, with glycerin to help keep your hair from feeling dry and jojoba oil for softness and shine.
How is it different from a body mist?
- Made for different places. One is for your skin, and the other is for your hair.
- A different formula. Many hair products like this are alcohol-free and may include caring oils, like ours.
- Better together. Use both for a soft, matching scent from your hair to your skin.
How to use hair mist, step by step
- Use it on dry or damp hair, after your shower.
- Hold the bottle about 20 to 30 cm away and spray evenly.
- Focus on the lengths and ends rather than the roots.
- Run your fingers or a brush through your hair to spread it.
- Spray again during the day whenever you like.
When to use it
- As the last step of getting ready, before you go out.
- After the gym or a long day, for a quick fresh touch.
- Under a scarf or hijab: spray it on your hair before you put it on.
- On hot days, after some time outside in the sun.
Can I use a body mist on my hair?
It’s better to use a product made for hair. That’s why we created ours with your hair in mind, while a body splash is for your skin.
Pair it with your body mist
Choose two scents that feel good together: soft and sweet with vanilla, bright with fruity scents, or clean with musk. Then pick a body mist from the same scent family, so the two blend smoothly.
